tie rod help

My mechanic told me that I need new tie rods(inner and outer) on the driver's side. I usually get parts on my own and bring it to him for installation. In this case when I look online all I see are tie rod ends and tie rods them selves. Where can I buy an inner and outer tie rod. My car is a 2002 Maxima.

"Tie rod" is more than likely the inner, and "Tie rod end" is definitely the outer tie rod.

outer tie rod here:

http://www.autozone.com/autozone/cat...uestid=1262779

and inner here:
http://napaautoparts.com/Search/Deta...+50090+2090038

do the work your self, eye ball it being straight and then immediatly take it to get aligned. Done and cheaper.
