Played with 3.5 Alty 5spd
…on the way to work.
70-105 on the freeway, he started out about 75 yards in front of me, so it was hard to tell (Traffic). If I had to guess, I’d say he pulled less than a car on me this run.
Then we hit a back road. No room to really play. He was flooring it all over the place, and I did my best to keep up.
My opinion: Seemed like he’d pull hard on me – about a car or so- when I was in my low end, once I got to mid-range and higher, I’d pull slowly- but not catch up. Then we’d shift and start all over again. Too bad we didn’t get to line up at a light.
Anyway, I was very glad to have my intake/Y-pipe combo, as I think it would have been ugly otherwise. As is stands, I’m pretty impressed with how my max hung, considering the numbers those altys put up. It sure made my morning commute more fun!
