Weird clutch issue!

I'm hoping someone can provide a little incite here... I posted like 8 months ago that I thought my clutch was going cause the engagement point changed. Well it seems like it went back to normal and everything has been fine. Here's where it gets weird...

I left Harrisburg this morning and got back into the Lehigh Valley. I let the car in 6th almost the whole way and when I got off the exit and started to move in 1st gear, the clutch engagement point definitely moved to near the top of the pedal but it wasn't that way when I left Harrisburg.

What could this be? There is fluid in the slave cylinder so I was thinking maybe the slave is going bad or something in the clutch line? Would it be good to bleed the clutch line maybe? Thanks.
