03 Headlight problem

Driverside headlight (lowbeam) is not working.
Ive tried replacing the bulb, got nothing. Yes, the bulb works, i tried it on the other side.
I have cleared my headlights in typical 2003 fassion. There is some condesation that gets in there when its raining hard. Ive had it cleared for a while (2 years) and it hasnt affected my highbeams. So i dont think it is a moisture issue.

The damn thing doesnt seem to be getting any power to the lowbeam??

Anyone have any ideas? Ive already checked the fuses and that doesnt seem to be the problem.

Thanks

Does the highbeam work? It could be just the wires/harness or even bad ballast of the lowbeam itself that causes the problem. I would just check and clean the lowbeam connection and make sure theres power going through.

Thanks for the responce
Highbeam works
what can i clean the lowbeam connection with?

What does a headlight harness run? If there isnt juice flowing through.
How can i figure out if its the ballast?
The high and low run off independent ballasts?

If high beam works I will leave it alone. Only low beam uses ballast because of HID. If you haven't mess with the stock wires before I won't mess with it. But I think you might have a bad ballast, try swapping the good ballast and bulb to the driver side first and find out if its the wiring or ballast problem and go from there.

+1, possible bad ballast, I know CRC makes an electrical components cleaner but I don't think you need it.

If you can remove the headlight, the ballast is right under. It may be the ignitor, but try the ballast first.

Not trying to plug myself, but I have (2) ballasts and (1) ignitor for sale for our headlights. Let me know if you need anything.

Should be a gray clip you unplug. It's right under the headlamp as stated above.
