yeah i know it's been covered before, and i tried searching but i couldn't find anything. i'm curious as to what makes the g35 faster than the max? 2002 vs 2002. same motor. is it the tuning? i know that the rwd makes a difference, but what else? what should be done to a maxima to make it run or be faster than a g35? i know im gonna get bashed for this, but wth if you don't know you ask.

I don't really know if it IS faster. Maybe a tad? I really want to race a g35 though with all my new mods

 

a mechanic told be it is the tuning in ecu factory my friend.

 

Track wise they both run similar times but street wise I'm sure th G edges the max due to the higher traps it probebly has in the 1/4... that's an extremely old and pointless concern IMO.... everybody will say what they want and probebly compare a maxima all time PB stock (14.01) to the average G times (14.2's)
