100k miles what to replace/check?

I just hit 100k and I'm just wondering what do I need to replace/check besides spark plugs?

Unless you just feel like working on your car for fun I can honestly say just keep up with routine maintenance.. 5k oil, a year or 2 on coolant and things like that, maybe brake fluid if it's years old... that kind of thing.

Other than that I can suggest checking your rear calipers since they are known to seize and i replaced mine at around 100k. And your oil cooler hard line which goes down into the housing the oil filter threads onto, on the side of the engine., Those hardlines love to rot, and if it ruptures, you could be in big trouble.

^ Thanks for that bit of info Craig, I need to check some of these things before I oil spray this year. My first 5th gen. I did notice the lower rad support is still prone to rot......
