brakes grinding but new!

Just replaced rear calipers & pads
Bled rear brakes only
Terrible grinding sound when stopping but I don't think they're dragging when
just driving. Piston turned in easily when installing new calipers (can you push it "too far in?)

What to do/ check? Please help- another day of vacation lost to fixing my brakes...

Did you have the rotors resurfaced? If not, that would probably more of a squeal sound.

Did you orientate the piston concave notch correctly with the pad?
