Replace Radiator/Thermo then no start!

So I replaced my Radiator and Thermostat then my car won't start. It turns over but doesn't want to go. Can't take it to Autozone cause it won't move lol. I replaced my battery too thinking it was that. Jump start didn't work either. Sounds like a sensor saying "no."

Have any ideas of what it could be?

Yes it pops when it doesn't start. I tried the gas pedal sequence but im confused on how many numbers the code is suppose to be. I got a 10 for one of them and im not sure if that makes sense.

So i did the 3sec 5sec(press 5 time) 7sec 10sec(press hold) and got P1016 and P1216 (the 1-0 comes out to 10 blinks). Are those even CEL codes? That's the 8 in order and it repeats it over and over. It could be that I need to shift them around to get the right code.

Correction: thats P1610 and P1612, searching means I have to take it to the stealership. What a random thing to go wrong...I wonder what the cause is.
