Rear Caliper Bleeding Problem

I had a right rear caliper dragging, so I just replaced both rear calipers with Autozone rebuilds. I have a Motive pressure bleeder which pressurizes the resevoir and I bled the driver rear with no problem, only a number of seconds and the bubbles ended. The passenger rear keeps on pushing out small bubbles, I've gone through almost a quart of brake fluid. The only thing I can figure out is that the caliper is bad. Any suggestions would be welcome. I'm only cracking the bleed screw a small amount.

Are you bleeding the brakes in the order specified by the FSM? The FSM indicates you bleed right rear first, then left front, then left rear, and finally right front.

Found part of problem

I finally loosened the banjo bolt and retorqued it and the bubbles stopped.

Apparently there must have been some grit that was preventing a proper seal.

Now the pads are binding slightly when I turn the rear wheels by hand. The rebuilt caliper hardware clip seems to be a lot tighter than the oem clips. I may have to shell out $45 for the oem hardware kit.
