Which transgo kit?

I've been looking at doing this mod for a while. I know Transgo makes both the SKRE4F04B which is the basic shift kit, and the RE4F04B-HD2 which is the reprogramming kit and stated to be for NO2 and SC/Turbo apps.

If you have done the mod please post feedback. Also if you have pics of the parts included with the basic kit please post. Look forward to getting some serious input.

VQ, Thanks for the constructive criticism; I actually read it thoroughly and didnt see a clear answer; so insteadof thread jacking thepost I figured I'd create my own geared toward the answers I'm specifically seeking.

Thanks for posting, Do you have either kit?

what exactly do you want to know? I voted on the HD2 kit.

I picked this up on mine and was surprised at the degree of change that it made in the car. Even at part throttle it still gives a good solid, you shoulda asked somebody, shift that lets you know somethings different. Accelerating and freeway speed yeah buddy.

If you have any specific questions that youd like to ask shoot em over , but i have no experience with the standard kit.

I got the HD2 kit, I love it, it chirps tires into second gear. It is uncomfortable shift, only if you not use to it, once use to it, it wont bother you. Now if someone rides in your car for the first time, they gonna ask you whats that hard shifting for. No homo!
