PIAA

You all have not tried the new PIAA silicone wipers then, as they far exceed the factory wipers/blades. They are costly but appear to have a longer life expectancy. Try www.autobulbdepot.com or www.autosupermart.com if you are serious. And just a hint, the car has to different sizes. (Carbon Fiber looks similar to rear tails on SE models)

I would assume that the ones I use are similar to the silicone ones. I use the trico teflon blades and they do a great job and last a considerably longer time than regular blades. They are more expensive but you should be able to pick them up at any parts store. I work for advance auto so I get mine there.

I've tried them all.

I used to drive 80,000+ miles a year, and have tried them all.

The best thing is to save your money from the expensive ones, and just use Rain-X a lot, keep the windshield clean, and replace the cheapo blades more often for the same amount of money. Nothing like a fresh pair of blades!

PIAA

I've had them on for three weeks and honestly feel that they are better than stock ones. You must follow directions though, and that includes using cleaning packets and fluid included along with running them for a couple minutes. Rain X sucks !! It smears when trying to take it off, kinda like a cheap wax, and it hazes under extreme use. These are clean, clear, and conforting.

You get what you pay for in life....have a picture of the car but none of the wipers. Maybe this weekend...if I can find some batteries and snap one.

BO MicroEdge

I got BOSH Microedge Excel on my older car... very good and was about $25 a pair at Advance autoparts.

I'm using the Trico Teflon refills. NAPA sells the same blade with their name on the packaging. I'm quite happy with them and I live in the rainy northwest.
