clear or smoked sidemarkers?

clear or smoked sidemarkers?

on a 2003 maxima SE silver with tinted windows. idk if i wanna clear them out or have them smoked..

what are your suggestions?

what avenue are you taking? BUT without any info..i'd say smoked/tinted, with blacked out chrome trim

BTW love your TE maxima, almost bought one, same setup just all black interior but wasnt in my price range at the time

I'm having the same dilemma meself right now -- although mine is Black/black.
Haven't decided yet -- but leaning towards smoked; less contrasty on a black car.

I'd say look for a few pics of other members cars with what you're looking for.

If you're sticking with the basics, I'd say go Clear -- it'll compliment your lighter colored car better.

Don't forget to clear those orange turn signals in the headlamps!
Home depot is your friend.

LOL i hear that...you screw those up, then you're stuck looking for at least a $250 headlight...singular lol

That looks like a sterling mist which is what I have. I went with clear first, then switched to smoked when I switched to the '01 SE tail lights. I like the smoked so much better.

If you go smoked, def get the '01 SE tails to match.

Smoked or tinted for sure. IMO, clear looks good on white cars only.

Smoked is the way to go, fasho. I have clear ones though and sometimes I wish I would have gotten the smoked ones.

Cleared if nothing else is done. Smoked if heads are smoked and other exterior mods.

Yea I just recently purchased the smoked wide markers and i was going to buy the tail lights that have the 01 look, black housing, but the lights are all cleared.. good idea?
