Question about Don's VB..

I just installed my VB and I cant seem to tell the difference.. Do you feel the difference right away or does it take some time to break in?? 2-3 and 3-4 shifts feel a tad better but1-2 is still laggy..

This doesn't sound like a moddified VB. You should feel the firm shifts immediately after you install the VB. The 1-2 shift should defialtly have no lag at all. If anything the 3-4 shift will be the least noticeable. If this is one of Don's VB's I would call him and tell him about it.

did you have the tsb done for the slipping tranny? if not, that could be your problem ... it is still slipping. If you have already done it, then I would call Don and verify with him the problems you are having.

Oh, and no I don't have the VB recal, but just what I would expect ...

The thought had crossed my mind but I didn't think my tranny was slipping... Weird!!.. Looks like another visit to the dealer

hmm

Well remember to go easy on the VB for a while to let everything get nice and oily.

After a bit of driving you should be able to get on it really good.
From a stop, floor the gas pedal, and you should be able to feel the difference, if you drive like my grandma you will not notice the difference. Through regular driving it should shift pretty normal.
