swirl control valve.... why dont i have one

swirl control valve.... why dont i have one

i see a spot in my engine bay on the side of the intake manifold why isnt it there....

arent i supposed to have one???? 2000 maxima se auto

You've got a Fed spec. car......in 2000 only Calif. spec. cars had the swirlers.
