I hear people talking abou thow they are sponsered by companies...how does a person go about getting sponsered?

I'm in the market looking for sponsors as we speak.

The easiest is check manufracturer's websites. Ask them what kind of sponsorship program they have and submit a sponsorship booklet for them to review. just asking for a company to sponsor you is only half of the "Battle".

Let them know why you want to get sponsored. Sorry, but daily driven, never raced, never showed street cars don't get sponsored...or at least enough money to be worthy of a true "sponsorship".

Let them know something about your car. Where has it been. Where have you been. Let them know what you want (other than their money).

One of GRM's mags has a good article about sponsorship programs and how to get sponsored. I'll find you the exact number.

 

Right, and you may want to spell "sponsor" correctly to make your chances even higher when inquiring about "sponsorships".
