The newest mod to the max

hey guys,

well it snowed last night here in Mississippi, which doesn't happen all that often. They closed all the schools and a lot of businesses for inch and a half of snow. well anyways, before we left out today on some errand running, my sister and I decided to make a snowman on the front and rear of the car. The reactions from people on the road were priceless. check it out.

Haha that's great! Pretty pathetic that they'd close ANYTHING for an inch and a half of snow. But I guess that's coming from someone who lives in Canada. YOU don't have dogsleds to get around.

Underside of our cars don't rust out either, exhaust systems last 20 years down here.

QFT.
Where I'm living right now there is about 4ft of snow on my lawn. And the first real snowstorm came in last week.....
As for the rust on my Max... I can thank the f*cking province of quebec for beeing dealer and body repair friendly, they use salt to de-ice the roads, other provinces use sand or gravel which is way less corrosive.
I'll be getting my car fixed up, painted, and rust-proofed in May and she will never see snow again after.

Yeah, here in Alberta they only use sand on the roads... at least where I live they do. It's as good as I could hope for. Still get chips in the hood/windshield from rocks being thrown at you by other cars, but it beats excessive rust and salt corrosion.

Salt is the devil!

We got about 4-5" of snow yesterday, so I took the ride in to one of those automated carwashes on the way home from work. It was so damn cold I didn't get a proper rinse and now I have some soapy water(not too much) frozen to the ride. Looks like another wash tomorrow in the AM ftl.
