Code P0505 (IACV issue?)

Code P0505 (IACV issue?)
My ses light came on last night, just took my 2000 max to autozone, and got the P0505 code, turns out this is an IACV issue, but the funny thing is my idle rpm seems to be fine??
The print out also says dirty throttle body, I cleaned out my throttle body last week, so i'm guessing it may have something to do with that..
The car drives perfectly fine, no jerkiness. part of me just wants to reset the ecu cause I find this to be weird..
