Please clear something up for me about the 6 spd

Finally my local Nissan dealer has two 6 spds on their lot. I tried one out and that thing flies!

Anyway, I went in to chat with one of the salesmen. He told me that the tranny has 4 forward gears and 2 overdrive gears. Then he went on to tell me it's the same EXACT tranny as the Viper. WTF!?

I know the Viper part is totally BS but what about the gears. How is it geared? Is it 4 forward gears and two overdrive gears OR 5 forward gears and 1 overdrive gear?

Seriously these guys need to wake up and realize what they're selling.

Seems like most dont know what they are selling or saying. I was at the dodge dealer looking at getting a used durango the other day. Anyways the steering wheels was a bit off center so I says to the guy, maybe it needs a front end alignment. He responds by saying you can only do alignments when the vehicle has NEW tires. So I guess I had better buy new tires so i can get an alignment done. LOL. What a moron. I was just laughing to myself. There is no point arguing with these 1/2 wits.
