Front end vibration hunt

So I have done lots of work to bring my max back to it's proper performance levels. One of my last things to fix is a vibration in the front end. On the highway, as soon as I reach around 100km it starts. I can feel it in the floor/seats and mostly in the steering wheel. So far the front end parts I've replaced are.. pass mm, ball joint, cv axle and strut mount, aswell as both rotors and the sb end links and an alignment/tire balance. Iv also got an annoying vibration noise on start up when it does that first little rev, and it usually goes away once you try a warm start. I think it might just be an exhaust rattle, I'm more concerned with the steering wheel shake tho. The guy who balanced my tires said the other ball joint and possibly tie rod ends have a bit of play, could this be causing it? Any input is appreciated, thanks

You only did the one side, eh? Usually, front end parts get replaced in pairs when it's a worn-out part, because if one side is going it's a safe guess the other side isn't too far behind.

I suggest replacing both sides as well. It would be like buying 1 tire IMHO, just doesnt make sense.

After replacing just about everything into the suspension including wheel bearing I finally found the cause for my 65-80 mph vibration....

Rust and dirt in between disc brake and wheel hub!! Brushed and cleande both the hub and the disc plus the wheel mating surface and guess what! NO MORE VIBRATION! Wohoo!

I also adde 2004 front big brakes, car feels and handle so great!
