Cold Air Intake

I wanna put a cold air intake into my 2003 Maxima. It is bone stock except a HKS exhaust.

Is there anything i need to worry about and does anyone have any product recommendations?

Also, do i need to get the car tuned after installation?

Please point me in the right direction!

Berk makes a very nice SRI for your gen and there is no need for a tune if your just installing a intake.

Save money for headers and keep it stock imo...cai will make you lose low end power but high end will increase...not worth it imo, tried and was dissapointed ....but a nice short ram intake would be better cause you will get A nice growl sound to ur engine and still not lose low end....I keep mine stock in the summer cause of heat soak and run A k&n filter that I wash and reuse, best power imo for summer...then when the weather gets 70 or below its back to growling with my short ram intake thats hooked up to the stock piece up front with A tube for A ram effect when speed picks up...works great
