JWT intake making my car stall??

I installed it a day or two ago and I reset my ECU by having the battery disconnected for about 4-5 hours. It seemed to be working fine when iwas driving yesterday, but the car stalled on me twice. I have a 5-spd, and while slowing from 60 mph to a red stoplight, the car stalled. I downshifted to 4th, then to 3rd, then neutral. Any idea's?? My idle seems to be slightly lower also (600 instead of around 800 rpms) Thanks for any help.

Make sure it's on tight and that there are no loose connections.

That happened to me after I replaced my starter. I had to take everything out and when I put everything back together, I didn't tighten up my intake tight enough and stalled on the street.

Mine does the same thing. It's almost funny. Usually if I've maintained cruise speed for a while without alot of variation. When I push in the clutch and slip it to neutral and let the clutchout it proceeds to die. I can do it every time getting off of the 190 exiting to Marsh.

My only guess is the fitment for the JWT. It may just be me but the JWT bracket positions the intake wrong. Cause it to not be as flush as it should be twith the tubing to the air silencer. Could be because I took the screen out....

You two need new MAFS's, you probably banged them and now they don't work right. I learned this first hand my self. Do what Clee said first though, check for leaks and tighten things if they are loose. Remember, when tightening your MAFS bolt's, don't TQ them more then about 7 lb's. You will break the plastic if you are not careful!
