Soft clunk over small bump: Front Strut Top Hat Nut loose?

I'm troubleshooting a quite clunk noise whenever I back down from my drive way over the sidewalk curb. It makes this noise everytime, both sides. It makes the same noise when I climb up the drive way also. Not Motor mount since I checked in on the lift. Ball joint is tight also. This happened after I lowered the car, when I replaced the struts and springs also. I didn't change the strut mount since it feels OK and the trust bearing has little play both sides. Im suspecting that it is either FTSB mount plate is not completely flat so all 3 shocks mounting nuts are not seating properly or the top hat shock nut isn't tight. When I pushed the car up and down I could see the top nut moves. I don't think this should happen, in any condition the nut should not move at all.

Anyone have any take and suggestions?

Overall the car drive straight and tight, defenetly way better than stock.

I've search about this topic and I found few pointers, pardon me for starting new one.

First thing first...double check all nuts to ensure proper torque. Yes, when the strut is uncompressed the top nut should not be able to be moved by hand. However, you can move it with a wrench. To tighten properly you'll have to use an impact gun (preferably one with a torque setting). I don't know the correct torque ft lbs for it, but you can find that in the FSM.

If you still hear the sound it is likely your strut bearings need to be replaced. If you have to do this go with the stock ones. Many people have had this problem and found it to be the strut bearings.

Loosen the top hat nut and retorqued it to 65ft-Lbm per FSM. Retorqued the shock mounting shocks also. Problem still exist. When I pushed the car up and down, I could,t hear a thing but as soon as I went over parking lot speed bump @ 15 mph I could here it again. When I turned the steering wheel with engine off, there was no noise whatsoever. I started to think that something moves back and forth and causing that noise to happen since it only happened over speed bump. I'll check the wheel bearing also. Maybe the stabilizer link also

Could be, but not likely. it happened after I changed the shock and lowering springs. There is a little gasket paper on top of the strut mount that fell apart but I didn't replace it with..maybe that's it.
