Both fans stay on

Has anyone had a problem with both of their fans constantly being on? My temperature is normal, just a little under the halfway temp mark so there is no heating issue. I constantly check my coolant level and everything is fine. I replaced my radiator about 5000 miles ago. Both fans are always on if I drive my car more than 5 minutes. I don't use my AC at all (probably because it doesn't work ) The fans are loud and annoying. I got no CEL or anything and my car is running perfectly smooth at 211k miles. Is there any known issue for this? Sensors, etc? I have no access to a computer at the moment so I am posting this from a phone (I can't search the forums on this so if this is a double post, please lead me the right way) Thanks!

The ecu tells the fans to run by causing relays to energize. Maybe the engine temperature sensor is not working right.

Follow the upper radiator hose to where it connects to the engine. About 3 inches back are 2 temperature sensors. The one with 2 wires on it is the sensor that ecu uses. Check the resistance with an ohmmeter according to the chart in the FSM.

What's the outdoor temp? If it's hot enough outside, the fans will always be on. Nothing really wrong with that and they are just doing their job.

I will check the temp sensors. Thanks!

And about the outdoor temp, it does it day or night. 80 degrees or 60 degrees, the fans are always on.

i would check the fuses, relays, and temp sensor. Is your car throwing any codes?
