Feels lumpy at low RPMs

Well exactly as the title says my has felt lumpy at low RPMs, when i say low i mean my gauge says like 700ish. It's only when i'm sitting still at a light or something, i've noticed it for a little while now but my uncle thought it was the spark plugs and the SES light never came on so i hadn't done anything about it yet. I went to midas to get my oil changed today (f!ck midas btw) and on my receipt it says:

"Occasional problems on this vehicle are the failure of the Camshaft Position Sensor and Crankshaft Position Sensors. Failure of either the CMP or CKP sensor can cause the engine to stall or not start and may cause the Check Engine Light to illuminate"

Now i just had the CMP fixed in february or march of last year so i decided to go to autozone and get my car coded to make sure it wasn't screwing up (no SES but coding is free so i figured why not) Came up clean. Midas has fed me some bullsh!t before so i figured it would be.

So my question is, could either the CMP or CKP be causing the lumpy idle? Or if not what would it be? The car is performing fine with no codes so i'm at a loss. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Okay so then the idle is about right (sorry, i'm not up on exact specs) Thanks for the info.

But if it is normal, what would cause the lumpyness in the idle? B/c i never felt it before, it's just seemed recent that i felt it. I mean it's not like it doesn't feel like i'm sitting in something with a V8 by any means, but it doesn't feel as smooth as it should

Typical maintenance things could result in a lumpy idle for example fuel filters, spark-plugs, etc.

Thanks!

Anybody experience anything similar and have a more specific idea of what the problem could be?
