SES codes?

i recently did a transmission swap on a 2003 automatic.... everything went smooth..plugged everything back in, started the car and it runs and shifts beautifully.... but i noticed the SES light is on so i scanned it and got some odd codes...

P0340...camshaft positioning sensor
P0335...crankshaft positioning sensor
P0345..camshaft positioning sensor
P0113... intake air temp sensor..

car had no previous codes before tranny swap...i can see where the crankshaft sensor might not be in all the way or the plug might not have got plugged in all the way or something ill check it tonight. but the IAT sensor and the camshaft sensor codes are odd, since they really dont have anything to do with the transmission... the camshaft sensors were replaced last october.. anyone have any input or insight on this

Were the camshaft sensors replaced with OEM ones or aftermarket?
