I'm not sure that I fully understand something. Are you stopped and not moving? If this the case, then what are the rpm's of the engine? Should be 600 to 700 rpm.

Yea stopped waiting at a red lite...A vibration noise i feel coming from the front part/dash area of the car. Havent heard dat noise before. IS an alignment due? of Power steering belt issue?

Man i must be officially old, because i can't imagine communicating on such a influential and imformative forum or anywhere for that matter, with all the da/dem/ type ebonics....anyhow, i guess thats just me but maybe this old fart can help, i did have this same exact problem as op described happen on my camry. It ended up being the motor mounts after much time and effort searching to remedy this problem... if i could do it again, i would have just left it alone because the motor mounts were very expensive and even more difficult to replace...but thats your call, good luck
