Just wondering if it is anything to worry about but I was driving down the road yesterday and my wipers came on. My hands were not anywhere near the switch. Then I turned the switch on and then back off and they stopped. Is the fuse or switch getting ready to go out? This has never happened before.

 

It is certainly not the fuse. It is probably a mechanical failure in the steering column mounted wiper switch.
