I'm going to do an inspection when I get home, but am so painfully bored at work I thought I'd ask.

There's this click/knock noise I've been hearing for a little while, coming from the front end only as I'm letting out out the clutch from a stop or a gear change, and as I'm on and off the throttle. It only does one click on the gas, and one click off.

I was thinking cv or motor mount maybe?

 

I'm not an expert but my guess is motor mount. Since the engine rocks back and forth when you're on and off the throttle.

 

Do you get a rattling noise upon harsh acceleration?

 

Nope, the car is fairly quiet(now). Ive done lots of maintenance up front... moog endlinks, complete brakes, and the transverse mount. All of which have been silent since install, I'm gonna check everything but feel like it's somethin else.
