In my country MAXIMA is rare so please help me with idle problems and IACV.

Hello, pelase help, you are my last hope, in my country Maximas are rather rare, so there is no possibility to change parts for a while to see what is wrong. Mechanics have no idea what happens.

Here 2 videos of it, how my engine works sometimes.
5 months ago I have changed TPS and IACV (Thanks to Dave from Nissan South Point Texas (although Maxima is on Japaneese/European part numbers of IACV where the same from US) - and it was a bit better - before almost all the time when I was pressing a gas pedal to start driving my engine was almost dying.
But unfortunately it is still something wrong - sometimes my engine dies and has problems with idle.
Please look at the video and help me. I assume, although IACV was brand new, maybe there is still something wrong in it? Thank you.
This is MAXIMA 2001 QX 3.0
Computer does not show any errors.

Here youtube links of how my car behaves, thank you!

Make sure to use cleaner safe for fuel injected engines,

Definitely give the TB cleaning a try. Any CEL codes?

No codes!
Did you close the throttle after installing TPS and IACV? Probably not, so get a copy of the 2001 FSM and go to page EC-116 and follow it closely. Then perform idle relearn which is also in the FSM. Find a tech who can do this if you cannot. Careful on operating the Max in a rough condition you may short your ECM. Good luck. If you throw a code and it is P0505 it will indicate you shorted the IACV you need to check and be close to 22ohms on pins. Again instruction in the FSM. Lots of copies here at the .ORG--Pmohr comes to mind.

Darkcrock: what you mena by Careful on operating the Max in a rough condition?
I don't know technicians were doing it, I know they were setting position of TPS (voltage), is it that?

Its either the mass air flow sensor or there is an air leak somewhere. My idle was acting up when the intake manifold gaskets were no good. And its losing power when you put load on it (put it in drive). Turn the car on and check under the hood to see if you feel any air leaks from the manifold IIRC you can spray hair spray by the manifold and if it revs up then you know you have an air leak. I'm only leaning more toward an air leak because the MAF sensor would have most likely threw a check engine light but I've had a bad one before with no code so it can also be that as well.

To Darkrock: I was trying to measure it (this lower connector 0 position connector mesuring pins 1 and 2) - when I don't touch accell pedal it is not real 0 but gives some resistance like 50ohm or I don't remember well) - should I do all I can until it reaches 0?

This sounds likely. I would lean toward the Intake leak after the Throttle body.

Also, please see THIS THREAD for proper diagnosis of the IACV.

If someone could link him the FSM EC-111 and Idle relearn that would be good too, even if he only gives it to his mechanic, at least he has it.

If you can do these tests for free (yourself) I would do that second, right after checking for intake leaks.
