About 12:30 to 1:00, I was heading home... Came across this silver celica with blue nosels. Looked like some asian guy in my rear view mirror at the light. I didn't really want to race so I just did my normal cruising. He got caught behind a few cars on the Williamsburg entrance ramp... but after we got on BQE, I noticed that he was right behind me again.

So he pulls into the right lane and starts to speed up. While he is passing I can see that there is at least 3 people in the car. I figure... "Eh, what the hell... lets see what that car can do with 3 people in it."

Well... he was tailgating a lot, trying to get enough room to make a cut... but he couldn't get enough so he was stuck. This whole time I'm tailing about 25 feet behind him. The left lane opened up and I made an aggressive pass on the left... and I weaved the traffic.

So he follows me onto the LIE. I let him take the lead and tail him again. So, for a good 10 seconds... I'm waiting for him to take off. But nothing... just slow acceleration. So I passed him... I could see him weaving a lot in the rear view. But he got off at Main St exit... it looked like he was a good 750 ft behind me when he made that final lane change into the right lane.

I'm just a little surprised, I didn't think Celica's were that underpowered.

even the GT-S...6speeds only bred that's worth our time..autos are slow...
