We cleared it like 5 times, if bank 1 sensor 1 isnt the one all the way in the front of the header then the wrong one was replaced -___-

I'm having this same issue on my Altima. I replaced the one closest to the radiator a few months ago. Code never came back. Today I replaced the bank 2 one because it said low voltage. Same thing cleared code a bunch and it still comes back on. I'm about to check all the ground wires for all four o2 sensors in the morning, also check fuses. This annoying as hell

Edit: Fuuuuuuu

"The Right bank (#1) is the rear side next to the windshield. The Left bank (#2) is towards the front of the car next to the radiator."

Still they've both been replaced now so wtf. Must be a wiring problem in my case.
