3rd 5th gen in a row!!

so i bought another 5th gen after totalling my last one. it is a 2003 titanium edition in majestic blue. before i post any pictures i have a question:

only the climate control unit is titanium inside the car and its got the titanium rims and door sills...

is the door trim and clock supposed to be titanium too? the vents are gxe for the double din screen, so i would have to color match that.

Now for the pictures:

THE DAY I BROUGHT IT HOME

couple days after...added the sunroof deflector off my old max.

CUSTOM TRUNK IN AND READY TO GO!!!

THIS CAR HAS LIMITED SLIP!! 350Z DEAD PEDAL MOD TO MATCH

WOOD GRAIN TRIM (WORK IN PROGRESS...02 wood door trim doesn't fit.)

STOCK GAUGES

GAUGES FROM OLD MAX

My 5.5 titanium edition interior is black on black with all the internal feature being titanium in color ... all door trim, air vents, clock, shift area and so on are all titanium in color if that helps you.

that helps...mine was modded already, so maybe the previous owner started the titanium. I'm using wood door trim but I wonder where I could find a titanium clock and how I could color match the color for the gxe double din vents...

any suggestions?

I have an extra clock from a donor car that was used to repair mine last year, it is listed in my forsale thread for 10.00 plus shipping if your interested. As for the center air vents you would most likely have to pull them out and you could try using a spray paint mixed, as sterlingmist (KT3) my local NAPA store will mix the spray cans up with clear coat already added in and it is a very close match to the titanium color ... that or keep an eye on the forsale threads for someone parting out a car that has what your after.

I didn't think the interior trim was any different between the TE and standard model... pretty sure that doesn't change, they're all that colour on the 5.5

And you can swap your memory chip over on the gauges FYI, if you are interested (will bring the mileage over)

Overall nice looking max, I would have thrown the sunroof deflector in the trash though, it kind of wrecks an otherwise clean exterior.... just my .02

yea the sunroof deflector is pretty shot up close i gotta find a nicer one. even if i swap the chips over its been too long they wont match to the exact miles anyway...do you suggest still switching the chips?

Looking good. 06 G35 coupe rims set the car off

I gotta say toss the moonroof visor, that was hot pre-90's.

I'm envious of 6spd.

Man I love that blue on blue look to that Maxima. I like how the blue gauges match the lights on the headunit.

The sunroof deflector on mine rubbed all the paint off, causing the roof to rust under it. Have fun with that.

Edit: You know how guys complain about horrible women are, when they're on their third or fourth marriage..?
