Engine won't rev past 2500 rpms... MAF sensor?

Ok so I have a 2002 maxima se 6mt. Mfd date 10/01. Has about 100k on it. The other day I was about to race a BMW and all of a sudden I completely lost power, it wouldn't rev past 2500 rpms and even when it gets there it bogs down on the way. It feels like a ****ty rev limiter. Only mods I have is a berk intake w/ apexi dry flow. I'm about 90% sure it's the MAF sensor from everything I've read/searched so far. I pulled these codes at autozone just a few minutes ago:

P1102
P1456
P1102 p/d

Went to the dealer and they want $561.00 for a new MAF sensor.
I do know of this TSB I've found also

http://maxima.theowensfamily.com/tsb/NTB03-022.pdf

Which says I have to re-program the Ecu after I install the MAF sensor, fine, w/e. but I can't find that part # for the maf anyway.
Has anyone ran into this before that could help me find the right MAF sensor?

^Well done sir. Didn't even flame him for the 'racing a Bimmer' part.

Carry on OP, carry on.

There is nothing wrong with street racing but the org forbids discussion about illegal street racing. It's against their rules and policies. Ebay has alot of sensors, new and used.Good luck getting her up and running again

Ahhh I see. But I never actually said where I was racing did I? You just kind of assumed that part.

I'm trying to figure out if I'd still need the ecu update by going with the 2k1 MAF swap instead of finding the 22680-am600 part # that the TSB says I need...
I checked online and on eBay also but a lot of them are aftermarket parts, which is fine by me, but they use diff part #'s so I can't tell if it's the right one or just the same part # I have now.
To clarify I did get that 2500-3500 brick wall / bog down after I put on the berk intake, before all this happened, just figured I'd change the MAF eventually to fix that.
