Rim Suggestions???
Rim Suggestions???
Ok guys, It's about spring time and i'd like to get a head start on finally getting my car some new shoes. I like the whole stanced/hellaflush scene and was wondering of any wheels you guys would prefer that would fill out that nasty 5.5gen fender gaps haha. I'm thinking of doing just a slight stretch to help with fender fitment. just asking for suggestions, I've had my eyes set on a couple sets of rotas but let me know what you all think!
So if you have a suggestion, rim/tire sizes and offsets would be nice!
ALSO! i'm getting D2 coilovers so dont worry about that.
Thanks guys.

another good possiblity. know of any 5.5s with a set on the forum?
g35 19" rays are my favorite upgrade to my max... lightweight, strong, and wide... you will sacrifice some driving quality and adverse weather conditions are a little more difficult, but what you lose in that you gain 7x in dry weather handling and acceleration.. i break 6 seconds 0-60 easily in my 6mt hlsd with no wheelspin.. people need to start appreciating this rim more IMO
if i were to re-do things one of my only other considerations would be altima se-r rims, same characteristics but 18" would make for a smoother ride

Bump. im mostly interested in knowing width for rear wheels that will fill out to edge of fenders. but nothing that will stick out mexican style in the front haha would 17x9 +20 offset do the trick?
There is a member here with Rotas P45. 17x9 +25 in the front and 17x9.5 +25 rear with a 5mm spacer. Makes it +20 in the back. I love the look. Thats the route I will take if I can't find a decent set of SE-R's.
i actually looked at the bronze p45's for a long time haha very nice choice IMO, ill keep it in check. thanks!
We need pictures of those Rotas. I've always liked P45s although I wondered if 17s would be big enough. Those teddy bear rims are awesome, if only they made spinners with a weighted bear so you could clearly see the awesomeness even when the car is in motion.
I agree with Clashez. Get something that you like and not what everyone has because at the end of the day you're the one driving the car. Get advice on tire size, rim size and offset advice, and find a rim that looks good and fits your lowering application.
shut your simple *** up, sitting there contradicting yourself in two fukin post
OP:

or get some 370z wheels
phatboi trying to be like every body else... OP please take advice from phatboi he truly does have what they call HELLA STYLE... he when from a cheaply purple painted oem stock wheeled clown car maxima. to 1989 hoopied out integra on busted rims.... lol
