Code PO335 CPS and P0725 help.

Hi, after i did an engine swapped, 06 Max motor into an 03 automatic, everything sounds good, but it took a long time cranking for it to starts. Charging system and battery is good. also i have no tachometer and no odometer, It threw have 2 codes, 1 is a P0335 Crank Position Sensor A circuit and the other is P0725 Engine speed input circuit. I think both codes are related some how. Need help from you guys.
I cleared the codes and they came back right away, i swapped out both used cam sensors and another crank sensor and still same problem. Checked the voltage from crank sensor wire, i have battery voltage, which is good. Checked the ground wire by the crank sensor, no good ground so i think it has a bad ground, but when i jumped the ground wire going to the CPS to the chasis ground it still cranks for a long time, wth ? I check for engine ground also. there are 2 ground on top timing cover hold on by 10mm bolt, 1 in front of timing cover above alternator hold on by a bracket. 1 ground goes to the back cover of the transmission, and 1 big one from battery terminal to engine block. I think that's all the ground that i took out to remove the engine and transmission. I missed anything ?

I found the problem, during re-installation of the engine, somehow i plugged the O2 connector into the crank sensor harness, both of them are green in color and the same plug, so after i switched the plugs around it still doing the same thing, took along time to start and no tach. I went and bought and brand new crank sensor, put it in and still the same thing, what the heck ? Everything checked out good ? Found out the new crank sensor is defective, i took it back and get another one, put it in and it cranks right up every time now, and the tach is functioning as it should. Thanks for reading guys.
