It's a fact of getting older & important to get checked. In as much that it's a "humbling" experience. I've had Pt's with colon cancer, it's not pretty. They go through a LOT of suffering before dying. That is much worse than "humbling"!

We have a woman like that at the county in the roads department! Sounds just like a female Boomhauer! It's so freakin funny when she gets on the county radio. We have to stop what we're doing to listen and then everyone is laughing at her hysterics. Last year she was weed wacking and hit some barbed wire and it sparked, causing a small grass fire to which she got on the radio in her best Boomhauer voice and started screaming hysterics into it for 5 minutes while everyone else tried to get a word in to figure out what exactly had happened and where she was. Then the radio went silent and she disappeared for 10 minutes and no one could get ahold of her. Turns out she pulled out a fire extinguisher and put out the little fire herself. Listening to her was unreal though!
