10.5 years ago I drove a black 2002 Nissan Maxima SE out of the showroom. It's been a great ride! The car is still as solid today as it was back then. No oil usage problems, no leaks and no noticeable loss of power. The family is growing and it's time to move on.

Thanks to all for the conversation, assistance and general support through ownership. During my time I have shared advice and been given advice. Sold some parts and bought some parts. It's been a great experience!

Enjoy your Maximas!

What are you getting now? I have to admit. This 5.5gen is the most fun I have had in a car. Reliable-quick and easy to work on and mod. I think I may keep mine for 10 years. Good Luck on the other ride.

You should wait for the diesel version of the CX-5, the mpg will be insane and it still has good power.

My parents were looking at one of those. I think I've sold them on a eccoboost escape.
