Ignition Coil Connector is Stuck?

So I am changing an ignition coil today and the head WILL NOT COME OFF. I tried several times without success. I took a flathead to leverage it while I pull and ... it slipped and I needed a bandaid after. It seems to be one of the factory originals without the gray dot on it.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

Yeah. I can push it in all the way, pull it, but it won't budge.

Lol. The only thing I can recommend is pressing the tab, and pushing the connector in before pulling it out.

Sometimes it helps to use a little back and forth movement, and maybe even a wiggle here and there.

Thanks guys. I ripped out one of the springs by accident and it was rusted so that's prolly why it was being stubborn. Anyways, I'm now having trouble with the coil in the rear nearest the driver side. It won't seem to fit and keeps getting caught on the side.

Had this problem on #6.

Sprayed some CRC 2-26 Multi-Purpose lubricant on the connector, let it soak in for 10 minutes, and it popped right off by hand.
