Can some one identify this part?

WHat is this? Pretty sure it has something to do with the steering and handling.

It does have something to do with steering, see that space in the center? Your steering wheel goes through that, so the "arms" sticking out of it provide a greater distance from the epicenter of the wheel, therefore provide more leverage, therefore a MASSIVE reduction in torque steer is evident. Trust me i'm a professional.

I'm kidding obviously.

It's a lower tie bar (LTB). I'm not an expert, but it looks like it's for a B14. The 5th gen LTBs I've seen have a center area more similar to a triangle.

Matt Blem is an org member in Houston TX. He uses the name of Matt93se (I think) and is a 3rd gen owner. He makes a lot of items for the 3rd gens but has been expanding into the newer models.

Blehmco LTB Stage 2. One of the best mods you can do for handling IMO.

If it's for a 4th gen, put it in the 4th gen classified section.
