vman already cleared it up for you, just to confirm, those codes are for BOTH Pre-cats. One precat for each bank.

So a Y pipe alone won't fix the P0420 code? And I'll probably need a replacement CAT? I knew I should have purchased the Heavy Loaded CAT from Warpspeed along with my Y pipe.
