New radio what will fit??
Im looking to get a better radio for my 01 max and dont know what wil fit. I found this. Pioneer avh-p2400bt
Can anyone tell me if it will fit. I looked on crutchfield and it says it wont fit but ive seen pics of people using it. Can anyone help? What radio are u using? And whats a good radio with a wide screen?

Crutchfield is useful for information, sometimes. Way overpriced on their items, though.
The GXE kit makes a double-din head unit fit more flush in the dash. The Metra dash kit leaves a little bit of a gap.
Do you have a Bose system in your car, currently? If you don't have Bose, it'll be a lot less of a headache to switch to aftermarket

Check out onlinecarstereo dot com. Their prices are usually awesome, depending on how new the item is. I've bought quite a bit of stuff from them, shipping times are good, can't vouche for Cust. Service as I've never had any reason to call them.
Yeah man, if the guys on this forum can't help you you're pretty much S.O.L. There's a bunch of info, sometimes it's hard to find but the SEARCH bar at the top is great. Also, not sure if you were aware but once you go into a forum like "5th Gen Maxima Discussion" you can then click on "Search this Forum" and you'll get just search results within the "5th Gen Maxima Discussion" section. I'm still a newbie myself. Make sure you read all the "Stickies" and "How-To" Sections when you have some free time, they may answer questions that you didn't even know you had!
