Apexi Safc-ll
With the following mods is it worth it to get a Apexi Safc-ll? Cattman popcharger, Nwp 5 piece spacers, nwp block off plate, timing set to 17 degrees, cattman y-pipe, 3" testpipe, and Megan Racing 2.5" catback exhaust. Don't want to get headers at this time. Just want to gain the most power with what I got. Thanks

Short answer maybe. Medium answer, search....tons of threads outlining mods and what those who run air/fuel controllers have which required and AFC. Long answer.... you may see minimal gains, you are of course going to need a wideband. To maximize the value of getting an AFC, should look into a larger diameter MAF (LRMAF). You will see improved gains with 3" exhaust as well.

Your borderline there my friend. Usually with an intake, headers and all the other mods you have you will be a little on the rich side. You can do one two things to check your air fuel ratio. Install a wideband 02 and do a few test runs or throw it on your local Dyno and check your A/F's on there. AEM makes a nice wideband that you can datalog with for a descent price.

I think you will gain something, and why not use a 2.5 Testpipe to go with your 2.5 Exhaust, I got a 3'' TP also but got the 3'' Exhaust think it will flow more smoother if you had a 2.5 one, I should Dyno Tune soon but with work and **** looking at Jan. Feb. sometime.....
