I've never heard of a Maxima with a rear window wiper on it. Maybe they got their models mixed up.

The last maxima in the US to have a rear wiper was in 88 (read: wagon). The switch looks oddly reminiscent of that era.

That is a late-90's Pathfinder switch. It looks identical to the one I had on my 97.
