PIAA not honoring the waranty

I purchase a new set of PIAA xtreme white about 6 months ago and
recently burned out. I purchased the bulb trough ebay.
It is brand new bulb from some private retailer(more like individual), since I did purchase it through them PIAA doesn't honor the warranty.

My advice is try not to buy any bulb from ebay if the seller does not own a shop. 'cause PIAA america accused me buying a used bulbs.

anyway , anybody now any shop in dallas/ft. worth area who sell PIAA xtreme white so I can try to exchange them directly?

any info will be appreciate it.. I am thinking about getting the Phillips Vision Blue from UK for $28 .. better for the money and I heard good comment about it.

any opinion?

thank guys

I've heard good things about the Phillips, too. Sorry about the PIAA troubles. I hope I don't have of the same problems because I have Xtreme H4s.

Sucks PIAA is being stupid about it. They should honor any bulb as long as you have some sort of receipt for them

think about this carefully for a minute. PIAA does not know who sold them nor why they sold them. It could be used bulbs or stolen and either way are not under warranty. Pay the extra for a true sale, under authorized agent and trust me they will not only replace them but exceed expectations. I received a complimentary set of fog-lamp replacements for sending some failed units and emails to PIAA when I got one of the 1st sets of Xtremes. Color was still yellowish and they were not as advertised. Try www.autobulbdepot.com for a discount and sorry to hear that someone on Ebay frauded you. Maybe you can note on their feedback.

The new sets have been on for almost a year and no problem.

PIAA gave u a warranty on light bulbs?
that's gotta be the only light bulb company that does!! wow..
even the sylvania(the OEM bulbs) won't give u warranty unless there's something wrong with it from the factory..not cuz they're burned out.

I posted a few days ago about my PIAA super plasma burning out. I contacted PIAA about it and they told me to go through the people that I bought them from (autodynamic.com). I think it may be time to switch bulb companies if they are going to give me this much trouble.
