Do our cars only require a front end alignment?

Are there any adjustable points in the rear axle? I have heard that in the back, they can add shims or something which technically affect the alignment but I'm not sure.

If the back is out of alignment, then the beam is bent, iirc.

They should check it but as far as aligning it, no not much room to play with

Rear cannot be aligned. If the rear is out of alignment then you have a bent beam, or lowered to the point where it affects your alignment.

Would a bent beam create any issues? How would I go about changing it?

Excessive tire wear. Solution: Junkyard, get another one, install, realign.

rear beam replacement is pretty straight forward, the only thing to look out for is the e-brake cables, sometimes they give some trouble if you live in northern climate with salt.
