Did the while pedal thing and the lite flashed 10-4-3-10. What does this mean?

The way I interpret it, it means go to your local auto parts store and have them hook up an OBD code reader.

The way I interpret the readings, it means go to the local auto parts store and ask them to connect an OBD code reader to your car.
