Valve cover CEL

Just had em installed...nice ones too. Afterwards had a code.....SWIRL sensor or something? He moved a couple vaccuum hoses after looking it up on the computer. Reset the code. Came back on when i left. We are gonna deal with it tommorow...any common things it could be? Car runs fine except wot seems weak.....

Thanks man. Unfortunately i think those tests are assuming you havent just taken all the hoses off the manifold and reattached them. Im guessing theres a vac hose criss crossed or some bs....

*Update* since I posted this thread from work and didnt really have time to look at the car till afterwards....ive hopefully solved the problem. One of the "clips" or whatever the technical name for the wire harness connectors was not pushed in all the way. It was on the drivers side in front of the manifold.....clipped in an upward direction...whatever to heck it was...its clipped in now. I also reset the ecu via battery disconnect. We'll see tomorrow after a few miles!

Dammit. Its been a few days and a couple ecu resets. This pesky code wont seem to go away. Ive just spent the last 2 hours googling images of the engine bay vacuum lines and making sure they match up with the way my mechanic put mine back together.....it seems to all be right and no missing hose clamps.

Also i can go on the left side of the manifold and push the butterfly valve so I know the rod isnt stuck opened or seized.

CODE IS P1130

I just pulled and reattached all the hoses i could. And unhooked and reattached the wiring harnesses to the SWIRL control/vias box along with another ECU reset....one last time before i start to get depressed....anyone experience all this before?? I cant seem to find an exactly similar situation thread in the org or on google. I know this was working 100% fine before the valve cover job.... HELP...Im OCD and i cant stand CELS!
