HELP! Diagnosing stalling issue with 02 Manual

Like the title says I need a bit of help diagnosing the issue with my Maxima, any input is greatly appreciated

Car:
2002 Maxima, 6 spd M/T, 156k miles

Issue:
During the last two week I have had the car stall four times while I have been moving, symptoms have been the same each time and I think I have it narrowed down. It's been stalling out when dropping it out of gear on the highway and braking, usually to get off the highway or change lanes. Ran to autozone to pull my codes that were on there and tried a new test going up the hill at my office. Got the car over 3K rpm's then put the clutch in, put it in neutral, and cruised up the hill not using any brakes. RPM's slowly declined but when they got to ~600 ish instead of stopping they just kept slipping and it stalled out. Has zero problems firing right back up and the stalls are smooth not a drawn out process where it seems to be fighting something.

Other relevant info:
Warm up RPMs observed today @1100-1200 RPMs in 37 degree weather
Normal operating after warming up right in the ~625 range
both seem ok to me

Current codes being thrown:
P1147 - B1S1 O2
P0159, P1167 - B2S2 02
Both have been popping up for a while and likely just need to be replaced, working on ordering them to clear the codes out.
All three codes were present prior to this issue.

Conditions leading to stalling:

RPMS over 3k (some might have been slightly less)
Car is in neutral, after shifting out of gear

I've made up a quick list based on searching some threads and so far here's what I have

unlikely:
- bad fuel filter / pump (would probably observe the stalling in other conditions)
- alternator (it's old but again it would manifest itself more often)

possible:
- crankshaft sensor
- camshaft sensor
- MAF
- Throttlebody

Likely:
- Idle Air control valve

Anyone have ideas on where I can start to eliminate parts and narrow down what might need to be repaired?

Thanks again
Joe

EDIT: Was somewhat expecting to get a p505 error when they pulled the codes, not there, which has me lost on where to go next I guess.
