Help...Issue with running lights...
Any advice is appreciated. I just noticed this on my drive home today so it's a recent problem.
I have no speedo/tach lights and no running lights ( tail lights, corner lights)
The speedo and tach do still work as do the indicator lights. The clock works as does my head lights, blinkers and brake lights.
I'm stumped. I thought it might be the stalk? But the signals, high beams, and headlights all turn on with it.
I thought maybe a fuse but then how would the brake lights work.
Yesterday I changed the in cabin filter and I was messing with the Bose sub, just making sure the bolts were all tight to get rid of rattle. I'm guessing I f'ed up something bad lol

Bump. I checked the fuses under the steering wheel all in working order
BUT.....
I found the red 10 tail light fuse to be blow... Perfect I thought... Put a new fuse in... As soon as I turn the stalk on... Pop! Fuse blows...
Does this mean I have a short?

And I fixed it... Turns out the glove box light wire had a nip in it and it was grounding out on metal near glovebox. Taped it up and good to go!
