Service Engine Light Question - 2001 Maxima SE

Hello Ladies and Gentleman,

Today my mechanic replaced the radiator on my 2001 Maxima SE Anniversary.

A few hours later the service engine light appeared.

Could it be because of the radiator replacement servicing? Furthermore what would be the best solution to take off the light?

Funds are low as the radiator cost me 400 Canadian Dollars

regards

Javed

There are many reasons as to why the check engine light is on. You need to get the code(s) read to find out exactly why.

In the U.S. we can take the car to an auto parts store and they will read the codes for free. Hopefully they do the same by you, otherwise, you will have to take the car to a mechanic and get them read.
